Kayo why your initial requirement is so much high ..... If a person is fully geared he will get place in any of the Existing Guilds and if your team has earned achievement of ICC 10/25 Norm / HC, this is because you have highly geared people who are highly experienced and have geared up using other guilds and left those guilds to join a better one. Wouldn't be an achievement to gear up fresh players or taking a 2p to ICC and returning from it as 4P with BIS all geared up. But I think that would be me thinking that the God Father of Molten would accept such a Challenge ;)

Glad to know that we are carried by our gear.
Anyhow, ICC25 HC has stopped being a challenge a long time ago (LK is the only challenging boss right now due to bugs). A lot of us who came here from Fidelity cleared every boss except LK in 25hc mode undergeared or with less than 20 people multiple times, and it's just not fun nor it's a challenge anymore. We've been raiding ICC for 2 years now, at the very least, not counting people who came here from retail, and most of us still raid just for fun. That "challenge" of yours basically means carrying people, and carrying is by no means fun.
Also, no one is forcing those people who got their gear in other guilds to leave them and apply to Fade, so don't make dicks out of us. Leaving a guild has always been and always will be a personal choice (kicking excluded).

I'm not an officer and this is just my opinion on this matter. If you want a more detailed explanation and the actual reason to "high" requirements (in case Kayo doesn't share my opinion), you'd have to talk to him personally.

This "challenge" literally translates to "waste 24 peoples' time so that one lazy f**k can get geared instantly and for free". It's not challenging to do a raid with a sub-optimal setup, it's just pointless and annoying. As Bexxx said, (luv u bb) Fidelity was clearing Sindragosa 25HC with ~20 players by pure necessity, and a large portion of those people now make up the core group of Fade. So it's insulting and presumptuous to suggest that carrying your worthless a*s would be anything more than sucking your d*ck.

Go join a normal-mode guild where you belong and learn to earn your place if you actually want a heroic raid spot.

Yeah like everyone stated above, what's the point in carrying a person when they don't take the time to gear, and learn there class. Why would we cripple the raid for one person ?
