It's because usually you will have your cooldowns for the execute phase meaning it's smart for you to pop all your cooldowns in the beginning cause you will get all your procs/blood lust (if used) or just everything at once so you can start off with a good burst at the beginning. As i mention above the cds will be reseted when the execute phase begins (Maybe not recklessness but deadly calm will defently be off cooldown if not used before the execute phase)
So to answer the question: Yes you should

So i was talking with this dude warrior with 3-4 Donated items HC, i think it was head shoulders and gurth HC, tho he didint had Bone link eftish either eye of unmaking he had pure Burst Trinkets Fury of anger forge and i think VP trinket or Creche trinket. He told me like he did 70k sustain DPS on " Morchok " Even tho im sure evrybody here on MOLTEN knows that nobody can sustain dps on Morchok especialy MDPS cus of Transition-Black phase. So i was like nah this guy is prolly lieing or something, he had a bit higher ilvl i think or we might have same ilvl im not donator i have full BIS DS gear Normal, and i asked him like hmm cool can you tell me your dps on madness for instance and he was like 70k sustain dps on Madness. I did DS after that and did 70k dps on tree platforms: Green/Blue/Yellow and then at end of boss fight was at 65k witch is quite good for me since im not donator. After that i checked mine reccount to see about dodge/parry and i saw that i doddged around 30 times or maybe more spells. Execute 1 dodge Mastery/Strike 15 times Heroic strike 7 times Mortal strike 5times Overpower didint dodge since it cant be dodged. After raid i went and reforged a bit to exp and im at 22. Is it possible that he did 70k dps cus he didint dodge that much times like me or his just lieing ? btw Bone Link feetish as i have heared sometimes gets bugged and cd is more then 24 sec i dont have that addon always forget to get it but is it possible that sometimes gets a bit longer on cd ?

Well techincally for some fights burst trinket is much better then overall dps boost trinkets but i would not say that using fury of angerforge in DS is not such a good idea since there are better trinkets then that *cough* Rotting Skull *cough* Even if it has mastery it gives around ca 300+ str i belive more then fury of angerforge. If he actually knew how to gear hes character he should prob have gotten himself Crech and used the rotting skull or donated Eye hc/Crech hc or Bonelink fettish HC.
70K DPS substained on Morchok? That's litterly impossible to get up to such numbers as well as keeping it that high through out the rest of the fight and it needs to have a lot of freaking luck in order to pull it off. He is prob lieing hes *** off... As well as 70k dps on madness is kinda high but since you do get buffed durning the encounter it woudlnt suprise me if he got really high on the charts but not pulling 70k substained... Highest i pulled was at the execute phase and it was ca 67k.
Judeing by how much your attacks have ''missed'' for obvious reasons you should get more expertise to be honest and i have actually too low expertise as well but i have never experienced that many dodge and parries with the expertise i have now but i recommend around 20-21 expertise in my opinon. Some do 19 and lower but around 20. Expertise is not gonna boost hes dps that much so yes he is most likley lieing unless he can provide proof to counter your claim that he is lieing.
About the bone link fettish cd i am not sure but it does proc a lot for my part since it has a low cooldown (don't know if its shorter for the HC version but it hits like a truck when it crits. It can crit to up to almost 100k if lucky or 90k) So i dont think it is broken at all otherwise you can get a cooldown tracking addon to check it out but im possitive it works as it should as far as im aware :)

I'm currently doing about 26-28k bust on (??) boss level raider dummy (about 31k on 85 dummy) and then drops down to 23-25k constant,(I do somewhat the same on bosses,and like 50k on dmg increase fights like zon'ozz )
Just wanted to ask,How's that for my gear ?

Well i'm not really remembering what kind of dps i had with the lower levels of gear like firelands but it was much higher then 26-28k i can assure you! Especially with Rotten skull and Appartus but i had the heroic version as well as the passive trinket from Rag so i think that made a huge diffrence for my dps increase as well... I also had the ragnaros mace i belive? Not sure if it was the heroic or normal version of it.. I think your dps can increase much more if you just practise more with your class since i don't really know what the things your doing wrong so i cant help you that much :) My answer would be... Decent dps but can improve :)
Thank you i try my best with the guide :) Well to be honest since str is the best stats for warriors and it gives a lot of mastery (which can be reforged) You should stick with Rotten Skull and use Creche as soon as you get it :)
