90 degrees is the average in the summer.
It's around 80ish from Spring-Fall.
But yeah, the humidity ****ing sucks. Oh well.
We use swamp coolers for cooling down the house, one outside the house can make the entire house about 60-70F in an hour or so, it just uses water and some electricity. Doesn't work with high humidity, though.
The weather here is pretty nice, barely goes over 100 degrees in the summer and barely goes below zero in the winter. The only month that can really suck is July, since it's the monsoon season and the humidity goes up, reducing the effectiveness of the swamp cooler. Every other time of the year we are 15-25% humidity.
Let's go pull an Into the Wild, but we shall be smarter and bring more food than he brought, and a larger rifle than a .22.

Food wasn't really the issue. It was his lack experience in well.....everything.
He was a complete moron with big dreams of getting away from the city. Which most of us (that live in a very populated place) have. At least I do.
If he had a bigger rifle, he could of killed the bear that walked through his camp and he MIGHT have survived. He got hunting/camping experience, but for the wrong climate. And if he had known how to properly preserve the moose, not ate moldy seeds, the lists goes on and on of what he could have done better.
