Also Orphic you've pointed out a lot of good points but in the end if they choose to be proud for killing unorganized noobs let them. :)

Lastly i'll mention one thing. You are right, its probably 100 alliance vs 35-40 horde. But take this into perspective. My friend was in the raid and he told me how everyone had an ilvl of 360+ so i'm assuming they were mostly full vici or at least close to being full vici.

40 Geared and full vici (or close to being full vici) horde
vs.
20 allies won't even care, they will just /wave and walk away.
20 allies won't be able to do anything because of the horrible lag.
40 allies will be under geared and will try to "help" but really they are only feeding you guys kills.
Now this leaves us with 20 allies. Lets say about 10 of them are full vici, and 10 have some pvp gear.
20 people who can actually make a difference or do "some dmg" so to say, the other 80 aren't doing anything.

20 geared + 40 noobs vs. 40 geared

60 people who have next to none organization vs 40 people who have a strategy and know what they are doing. Its pretty obvious how you do it. Thats exactly why when theres a counter-raid (AKA Caylaaras raid) it results in wipes because then its obviously much harder to survive.

It can be summed up with this. You can easily break 1 pencil, but put together 10 and it'll be much harder.

It was peek hours. I logged in after facing a que of 500. Raid was already being arranged.
