Or maybe molten cares for Sargeras the most and wants to make sure that whichever update/upgrade they are doing with Sargeras, will go as smooth as possible after fixing the majority of issues on previous realms.

I consider us last to be a blessing. Considering the issues that the other realms have had, it would be virtually unplayable for me. I've just been spending my time preparing for the upgrade. We will get the benefit of starting the new patch with more stability then the others had.
