Did Enh Shamans get nerfed or bug?!

I was doing 32k on majordomo so i doubt that enh got the massive nerf/fix you're seeing at least from a pve perspective.

with what gear ? kind'a hard to believe in this, since even T12 2-piece set bonus is not working...

I was currently 3p t12 but got my tier token that run so i now have 4p. Rest is full 378 firelands gear. As for t12 2p I'm not sure how broken it is because my max lava lash crit that attempt was ~96k and on our last fl run with 4p my max was ~103k

i also do 30k+ dps in raids and on boss dummy around 22-23k without buffs flasks etc

I can do about 17k dps on my shaman with 2 359 weps and 355 total ilvl with self buffs and no heroism on a single target raiding dummy.

about 96k crit - this IS possible(max crit on ads which i did myself 83k with 379pvp gear), while 103 - i don't believe in it, without screenshots. retail enha shaman pulls about ~48k dps with end-game T13, and you pull 32k in a12 without working 2p set bonus (dunno about 4p) i don't believe without proofs, that you're sustained dps was more - than 25k-27k. i do wish that imma wrong.
