I read this guide two weeks ago, and i found it very useful. If you want to see some nice ele shammy youtube video, search for Snodz channel, he has been Rank #1 on 3v3 for quite a long time, he made also a very interesting tutorial video for SkillCapped on how to play ele in pvp. Hope i helped :)
