    The notice stated that remained four weeks to reset my coins, why was reset today?
    I did not see anything about it on the site, what should I do?

    Yes, I know that. However, the site is only released to ticket opening option related to "Ban Appeal" =T

  3. Oh, that's weird sorry. A couple of months ago there was an option for account recovery. If it's not there I'm guessing they're no longer recovering and reimbursing accounts any more..

  7. yeah, it still sux. i wanted to spend them on faction change in case the marketplace isnt up till they would be resetted.... now i saved em for nothing :o if they say i got a week to spend them, it should be a week and not a day....

    How have you been contacting them? You can try messaging the staff via forums, make an email, make a ticket in-game (though I don't think that will work) and also just make a ticket on the support tab and write your issue in there and hope they read it, even if it's under the "ban appeal" tab or whatever. It's weird that they're not responding to you, you should at least get a response to know what the situation is...

    And yeah the currency resets suck, they should've made it more clear that after spending everything you're account will still be reset if it's before the reset date. I didn't know that and I lost 210 points that way as well.
