Twinks?

The difference is that without marketplace the twinking (i am speaking about 70-79) has become much more competitive,but 78 are probably(my opinion) the easiest to gear up. Twinks that roll 78 or 79 lvl they can farm all the gears craft etc,for some classes you might wanna combine the 70s gear,such on paladin aa 79 having 2x brutal on chest and helm for bonus resil and rest is savage saronite.But yeah twinking is in general hard for us atm,we barely play 4-5 bgs each week,no more everday like in the past.

P.S twinking might get active when winter comes :D at 70-79 just like every year Christmas.Only on Deathwing about rest brackets all are inactive.

Actually I decided to twink at 70 :] Im called Nodokadark on alliance, also joined a guild called legends never die. Apparently a twink guild ^^
