1. how did you come to this conclusion ?
    I just explained u how.
1 crit is equivalent to 2 ap.
46 crit is 1% crit chance.
1% crit chance is equivalent to 92 ap.

Ofc this is only simple math to give a basic idea of the stat weight.
Ap becomes more beneficial when u have a lot of crit and vice versa.

  2. Not sure if u mean 5k ap unbuffed or with battleshout.
I can use 2 agility rings, agility bracer, agility neck, agility cloak and agility range weapon and i have still over 5k ap with battleshout.

When it comes to http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=50067 and http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=49950 I would stay away of these leather items.
I rather use jewelrys with agility and avoid to use leather items because leather has low armor which also reduce ur attack power because of http://wotlk.openwow.com/spell=61222.

I already counter the talent in to my calculation and i also counted 1str=2.1atp

well thats just how the stat works. it doesnt mean that the damage you get from 1% crit=92 atp

and thats what Iam trying to figure out

There is no static number. It depends on the crit and attack power rating of ur char.
If u want to calculate the number in ur current gear u need to use rawr and indentify how much crit is required for lets say 100 dps improvement and how much ap is required for 100 dps improvement.
