Lost my Cata gear after relog!

There is support for items you get with donated coins (not sure if it applies to coins you get with Marketplace trades, though).



WEBS is meant to be called into use from our end, if something catastrophic happens. It's in no way whatsoever meant to be a "save game" to be reloaded at a player's convenience.



GMs have commands related to spawning items disabled and Support won't do anything if the item comes from in-game drops or points.
Unless the items come from coins, the only chance of getting them back (without getting them again in-game) is them returning to the mail.

So say I was to log in and all my donated gear was gone (that was bought with coins from donations and not trading) would GM's be able to check my donation history and check that the items were no longer on our character and then replace them? Or can you not answer that?

player support is exclusive for donator-flagged accounts, because i was told "there's no support for non-donators" when i lost my ring (it dissapeared when i right clicked it to equip it) that was bought with gifted coins (even when the ring purchase is there, clearly on my history)

any idea what causes the bug so we can avoid it?

So far, items just dissapear randomly
Some people lose them on relog, others when trying to equip (like me) others while standing still

I also lost my full cata gear, somebody told me(a player, not staff) that fix might be to always have free bag slots for all your equipped gear, so having 20 free slots at all times...

Yeah I was always told to make sure there is free bag space. Especially when using the equipment manager to switch gear sets like going from a set that dual wields to one that single wields.

This also happens in rollbacks. I did ds 25 hc & equipped the cunning trinket that dropped. Seconds later server went dc, and guess what? No trinket on my equipment or bags or boss loot. All gone, b/c some stupid server dc.

Note for the people that lose all there stuff and can't get it back " My opinion "

What would happen to me if my donated gear were to disappear? I must be able to get them back because I donated for them, correct? This has been happening a lot lately to people that I know

That is why the backup account option exists ...and dont lose your gear yet we have rated to do soon :P

If youre talking about WEBS, you cant just restore your account to the last time you backuped it, would be very exploitable if you could do that. WEBS is meant to be used by Staff for situations like moltdown..

Hello, seems like i have similiar problem on neltharion

i came back to playing wow after 8 months, i had 4 charachters there from past (also on other expansions, but came back only for cata) and my rogue, priest and warlock are same as when i quit, but my hunter is cleared, no talents, bags and NO GEAR at all, even lost all my pets (with 2 rare beasts)

can someone explain me how that could happen ?? and if i can return it somehow. (its not that important for me, since it was full PVE hunter and i do not wish play it too much, but i wanted sometimes play BG with it....)

I had to re-farm my pvp gear, as well as some preciated pve stuff I got ingame like normal Rath'rak, the Poisonous Mind, Lightning Rod and Janglespur Jackboots from warmaster

Seems like it's a bug with equipment sets and bag space- Fortunately I'm a PvE player and it didn't affect me as much.

I'm not using equipement sets since then.

It also happened to me ... After a relog i lost my cata chest , and guess what instead of receicing conquest points somehow there was 2200 More honor points...and 1 week after i also lost my cata neck...
