as someone just said (im bad at remembering names), the creation's of worlds lore is unclear and it might be that these were neither titans nor old gods who created everything, in that case thats the Creator, who is the strongest.

I don't know that much about Old Gods, sure they are powerful and all, but in my heart I will always see Broxigar as the best warrior in Warcraft universe. If anyone gets the chance to kill Sargeras, it should be him. I mean the guy is a legend.

That is a pointless fallback in these kinds of discussions. Warcraft has never named or recognized a creator, therefor one cannot be used.
It is either a titan or an old god, however because their powers are never shown at full, it is hard to determine which specific one would be the strongest.Edited: December 5, 2015

Thus far its the Old Gods.
Sure the Titans defeated and imprisoned them, but it took a lot of Titans to subdue 1 Old God, and many Titans died during the process.

When i see the title i was hoping some discussion about mortal champion of races in azeroth, instead i read some fight between the titans and old gods haha.
I want to answer the question from mortal physical point of view.
Orgrim beats Lothar who were the best human champion on that time. Thrall beats Orgrim who while in a prison camp maybe lost some of his physical strength but still wield the doomhammer. Thrall has no chance brawling fist to fist with Garrosh. Moreover, Thrall is, according to Tirion Fordring, the biggest orc he ever saw, but Garrosh is far more bigger than him. So thats my answer.

Only 1 died, as I know. And they don't killed the elder gods (Except 1) because would be the end of Azeroth.

Well yea that's why I said "subdue" them, cause most of the Old Gods beneath Azeroth are still alive, and yea the Titans managed to destroy the body of Y'Shaarj, but he still survived and returned in MOP, until his heart got destroyed.
Even now with his heart destroyed, the Mantid race still believes he'll return again one day.

The Old Gods are beings who can still exist even if their physical bodies are destroyed, plus in a fiction where resurrection exists, anything goes as far as who can and can't come back.
