1. Don't like it? Leave it :D
If there was a PvE server with RDF, no custom stuff and 9K online, I'd leave in a heartbeat.
Maybe Blizz will open legacy servers after their another **** expansion fails.

It already caps at 7 - 7.5k players at most, used to be 9k a month ago.
Nah, people are just waiting for WotLK.
After hitting 70 and maxing all proffs thre's not much to for someone who doesn't care about collecting gear that will be replaced by Northrend greens. We'll have 9K online every day after WotLK release, maybe even 10K :D

Yeah, I think it'll be more. It's going to explode. I'm just trying to imagine what the population will be like when they release Ulduar.

It has been 10 thousand years since the promised ulduar, the time is coming, is the end near us?

pve server with 9k online ?
highly doubt there are so many carebears around

  9. What dos mean hardcore please?and why people are proud to be a hardcore player?
It means instead of using RDF you wait to be summoned.
The hardcore part is you have to follow a 10-message-per-second chat and find the group you want between guild spams, childish jokes and other people LFM/LFG.

  10. it feels like there are two sides of all this QQing. On one side are the real HARDCORE players. They want hard lvling, hard long lasting raids, be able to gank and have world pvp fights. No RDF and so on. The ppl who wants the HARDECORE realm the staff had in mind. A realm for the ppl who have atleast about 3-4h+ to play every day. The ppl who can commit to a hig end pve guild.

On the other side there are theese casual players that are playing on Lorderon for a hig player cap, the closest thing to a bug free server warmane have, the experience of a 1x rates realm where characters matter, lvling is an experience. The players that hoped to be able to use RDF, the players that hoped for a "blizzclone" server. The player that play some on weekend or for an hour at the time. The player that want to be able to PUG/semi PUG raids.

Unfortunatly theese secon type of players have ended up on Loredareon aswell. And i understand them. Thees kind of players prob dont follow the forum as mutch as the hardecore players. They prob missed som or most of tye info about the true purpose of lordaeron and just saw the fact that: hey, there are on realm on warmane that are nearly bug free, its on a popular patch, it gets updates almost every week, it is freshly started and i have a chance to be part of it from the beginning. Ofc they ended up on Lordaeron.....

My guyess is that the majority of these 9k players belong in the second category. And i think that players will drop out of Lordaeron. Ofc new pop records will be breaken on relesedays and so on. My other guess is that ppl will presist and stay on Lord and keep QQing, keep spamming for RDF and so on. And the HARDCORE players and the staff will go nuts.

So i think the best solution to the problem would be to open a new wotlk realm (or flush an existing one) and aim to make it Blizzclone. The hardecore players will still have their realm and all the rest can go there instead. And i really think it will be atleast a few thousand players.

I think the staff need to do somethong about the situation atleast. Right now all parts are angry.

My thoughts atleast. But i think thare are ppl that feels the same. Mabey not here on the forum, but i think that the forum consists of mostly ppl form the hardecore side of this. (English as second language, dont hate!)

  11. If they wanted to open a second realm, a clone to Lordaeron but not "hardcore" (God I hate that term... nothing hardcore, just annoying), they would've already done it by now imo. Don't think it will happen, or if it even needs to happen. People who are too uncomfortable playing will, at one point, just stop. The realm wasn't even intended to reach that number in players (some were saying we won't see a queue past 4k)

"They want hard lvling, hard long lasting raids, be able to gank and have world pvp fights. No RDF and so on."
Next thing you know, playing without keybinds is also hardcore. Let's inconvenience ourselves on purpose to make the game less enjoyable and feel more like a chore bcz we stronk. Nothing hard about leveling, raids are the same except Naxx, how is ganking hardcore? lowbies started putting up a fight? lmao, world pvp is something normal, again, not hardcore.
Not having RDF is the biggest inconvenience, because now you have to wait for 2 "hardcore" players (*cough* mages *cough*) to go to the stone and summon you.

I think you said the right thing overall apart from 2 little things.

1 - The real HARDCORE players aren't putting 4 hours of WoW per day. They are putting much more, like myself.

2 - A new server isn't on Warmane's plans right now and won't be created for the purposes of accomodating the casual players like the staff has mentioned on several posts. If you want casual you can go to the other 2 instant ICC faceroll servers and might as well donate for that full T10.5 and Lolmourne.

  13. This aint a really casual realm ! i play myself like 10 hours a day minimum ^_^

  14. I sadly think you are right. I dont think warmane will open a new realm or will try to accomodating the casual players. And i think that will be the doom of warmane. In the end it is the casual players that keeps warmane alive. Its the playerbase that makes warmane possible. And obviously (with 9k players online at peaks an half of them qqing about what really is this blizzclone server i mentioned before) the majority of the casual player want somethoing different. And as I said. Ofc you dont wanna play on any other realm, the dont get nearly as mutch attention and only has a fraction of the population of Lord. So the alternative for a BIG part of warmen is to quit wow/ change comminity. I think all these casual players ar holding theire breath to see where this is going and where things will settle with.

I just wish Warmane should not do things to lose population, i myself wish to see 15k caps on warmane's just 1 realm and thats Lordaeron ^_^
But there are some funny players as well, who want to play as 25-30 guys only :p
