all these pro ganking people are ok when they can hinder other people's progress but when their progress gets hindered suddenly QQ, do something else while waiting for those "ganking" your quest items go away. dont like the way it is? you are not hardcore enough, play somewhere else, its called world of WARcraft... you fight over quest items
^ LOL ^
You know how it is, some players want it all.
skill was never part of the subject, why, coz it takes so much skill to kill that poor fella who couldnt even see your level? killing lowbies doesnt take skill and so does looting quest items. the server is perfect the way it is... as stated by people who love world pvp and i agree, deal with it, you cant have your cake and eat it too
I smiled at this :)
There's not much fun and/or skill involved when you and 5 others are staring at the screen for 6 minutes for an object to respawn.
And? I didn't mentioned skill...
There are lots of things in-game that players can see as "not fun" or "involving skill" but they are part of the game, respawn timers happen to be one of those things that is part of the game and some players don't like. I'm assuming waiting for quest items to spawn with opposite faction around is fun for those that enjoy PvP because they can do so in hopes to secure the respawn. If there are only same faction players around I guess whoever is quicker on the draw will get it no? I myself have no problem with respawn rates, no matter if I have been waiting quite some time and someone comes up an snags it before me, once I figure out how long the respawn takes I know exactly when to come back to try again and in the meantime I'm doing other quests/objectives so that I'm not just standing there waiting. Seeing who gets it IS fun and requires skill to me :)
Seriously did you even get the meaning of this thread? Get out of here will you? So much skill in waiting for quest objects... Not much to ask for HIGHER spawn rates then HURR DURR MORE PVP MAN!
MUCH HARDCORE MAN! FIGHT OVER 15 min QUEST RESPAWN!
Same with you, I didn't mention skill...
I disagree, I feel it is quite a lot to ask to change respawn rates, why, because there are non-quest related things that increase character progression that are imposed on players that will still remain so there is balance there. It maters less if quest item respawns were instant/short when there are opposite faction players preventing someone from obtaining it. Deal with the respawn rates or skip the quest(s) if you can.

Changing quest item respawn rates in my opinion is a bad idea, even before some quests had "long" quest item respawn times and I don't recall seeing any threads about them but now all of a sudden it's a problem...
