Yes i pmd him and nothing, they can pretty much fix this in a matter of few minutes yet im already waiting for 3-4days.... i stated in ticked nick of my alt if im not on my lock and after 5h i got a response (3rd one) that i wasnt online again when they wanted to help .... was on alt all the time...

try to open a ticket in-game and ask to a GM to unlearn the spell to summon that demon and then re-learn it

I did that 5times, have to wait 10hours for every response, 4of them were that i was not online and send my ticket again and once some genius told me to put it on bugtracker. Mine own pet on bugtracker lol

Edit: add on the ticket description that you need they remove (unlearn) the felhunter summon spell from you and then re-add ( re-learn) to you

Its been over a week still no felhunter still not fixed still not a single staff reaction gr8 service i rate it 11/10

You can delete this Malaco fixed it in a matter of 30seconds, after i saw him on global and asked him - big thanks to him <3. Man idk whos handling ticket reports but those guys are horrible.
