No, we just had to manually active it a few times due to leap year. It was in Elwynn Forest. Darkmoon Faire will be on the first Sunday of each month and last for the set duration as usual.

I understand, but considering I was online every day from the 6th-13th without finding it even once then maybe we can get it for atleast a couple of days instead of waiting another 3 weeks?
