im playing it right now ( cuz of this queue lol ). it stops at midnight afaik. 3 hours left

This is true, most of the server is from the EU, it can drop as low as 2k people when it is around 11PM Pacific Standard Time (West Coast United States).

I never actually thought that people would shorten the word as "que" because they didn't know the correct way to spell it. Personally I am guilty of shortening it to "que" or even just "q" sometimes even though I am fully aware how to spell it correctly.

I would think that as well, if it weren't the only word shortened in a lot of cases. I've often found a person will spell out every other word in their sentences fully, but not queue, which gives the impression they just don't know how to spell it as it is an uncommon word and in English "que" and "queue" would sound the same if read out loud.

It is likely just a personal pet peeve of mine, like when people use "y" to mean "yes", when "y" can also mean "why". Que is also Spanish for "who", "than", and "that", furthering my dislike of the usage in English.

Hopefully some come and stay from Nost. NA/SA scene is so so dead here.

As an NA player I would like this as well. That server also had a large Chinese population, so it should even out the population more throughout the day.

lol, idk if you were here before they increased it to 11000, but we had some 2500 queues to wait through, i suffered through that just to level up

This queue is nothing compared to what it was before.

If it really concerns you, you are able to skip the queue by buying an item in the shop for 5 coins or more. This will give you a queue skip for a month.

Improvements to performance are still being done. Maybe one day...
But, hopefully with Ragnaros and Deathwing merging soon, queues on Lordaeron will lower.

Did you buy an item worth 5 coins or more for a character on Lordaeron? Was it in the last month?

I'm fairly sure que means "what" in Spanish. Anyway, I ain't cool with this here kew... Definitely from nost being down though as usually this peak time doesn't have a queue. <---- 16:20 EST on a Sunday.
