The character trade is only a few days old. Prices gonna be adjusted if nobody buys anything.

Meh I doubt anyone will buy anything. Im selling Shadow Priest with 6.2k (Equipment only) for 301 coins lol. I would love to sell it but I think no one is willing to spend 300 euros on a private server character.
MAYBE on Lordaeron, maybe. But not on a joke server where the rates are already high and it's easy as **** to level.
All this effort to make this trading thing happen and then over price it so no one will use it seems legit :D I guess the bans for char trading will long continue until something done.
I might consider buying a lvl 80 dudu, or at least 40 something one, if prices drop. Current prices are ridiculous I dont see anyone buying them.
You guys might think no one will pay for the characters, but in reality some of the most popular items bought on the coin shop are NORMAL quality (unless the website is lying)
I`m pretty sure it`s a bug caused by the most popular items tracking both Coin and Point purchases, and for obvious reasons Point purchases will be more frequent, and only normal quality.
Yeah I had considered that, but at the time I was also sitting in Orgrimmar watching someone talk about how they're trying to sell gems for 1.6k each too so who knows.
I'm selling my lvl74 druid on Lord... simply don't have time to level it higher... he has 1800+ quests done and gear+achievs from BC raids.... system force minimum price 340+ Coins and can't put lower... no chance anyone would buy it..
I'm a bit sad cos I would gladly sell it for lets say 50 Coins - I'm not playing him anyway and those 50 Coins I could spent to bypass Lordaeron queues for like 10 months...
feature is good... minimum prices are insane...
Just sold my character but there is a specific pattern from buyers perspective I guess.
1st of all it was on Lordaeron, obviously leveling time is smth that even rich ppl cant afford.
That character was in trade system for few days, until I recently changed the price - I removed a lot of items and didnt include inventory. It cost 186 before, but sold it for 110 coins, after removing gear. Luckily I didnt get a lot of achievements.
So yeah, there will be a demand for fresh level 80 in Lordaeron, with low amount of achievements for reduced price, and with questing/crafted blue gear. Also I added some gold, so the buyer could get more/better gear from AH.
Sold lvl 80 Paladin @Lordaeron.
Time to scuttle all the trash gear!
rip
yeah, maybe when I clear inventory price would go down :>
but looks like i need to wait over a day to cancel sell...
Just unequip your gear and put it up for sale with Equipment only.
That way you won`t lose it `till it`s a done deal.
What happens whem u sell a char without the inventory? Where do all the items in bags and bank go??
Into the abyss, where else? :)
