    The fact that you had GM's restart the PTR realm so your raid can get inside ulduar leaves no doubt that you are in friendly terms with GM's. This in the other hand ruined our guild's ongoing encounter inside the raid instance. This leaves a little doubt at least to me.

    Obviously as a players we appreciate that you (too) make huge effort to test out the upcoming features and report out possible bugs.

    That being said, what's done is done.. I can only hope myself that things will be handled in ICC launch so, that there would be no room for doubts regarding aid from GM.
