I'll say it again. If you want to donate to support the server, by all means feel free to do so.

If you want to donate JUST to buy Prideful gear, you need to wait until staff feels like putting it up. Maybe they don't want to kill the game for cash at the moment, because they don't have an urgent need for the cash. If this is the case, I commend them on that, and you should to.

They could call it paying and Blizzard could do **** all. Simple fact is, if Blizzard could shut down Warmane, they would have already. Nostalrius had no coin shop and made no money, and yet they are down and out.

Blizzard doesn't care if you call it paying, donating, salvaging, ****ting, they only care that their trademark is being infringed. Warmane has 0 legal purpose for calling it donation. The reason it is called a donation, is because it is, in fact, a donation. Warmane owes you nothing for the money you "donate" to them, and the fact that they do so is out of the goodness of their heart. Yes, the items/services they offer makes donations more enticing, but it is still not "owed" to you (as paying for an item/service would be).

Has nothing to do with Blizzard or anything legal.
