The silence of Moderators means this is an in-game rule, nothing related to the Forums, decided and punished by GMs, who are the ones to clarify any details about this. You are right that Moderators won't take action about players abusing it, though - at least until people start "powerleveling" in the Forums, somehow.

True, but sometimes moderators enlighten the situation and tell what is legal and what is not. Like Arbiterone did above. No comment on mob-tag-boosting = there is no clear ruling from the GMs?

No its not an exploit since its not and was not a bug. I dont know about current retail but at wotlk retail this happened and wasnt punishable, and yes blizzard knew about it.

Wintrading is not a bug either, but still it's bannable.

If you have to ask these dumb questions you already know your about to cheat somehow and seeing as theres a bunch of people on this server someone is gonna at some point fly by and screenshot you and complain and you will be another statistic of the Banned reason powerleveling in red world chat...Stop asking these dumb questions when you already know the answers to them.
