there is 3.3.5B and with dis patch u can typhoon ur enemies instantly so its like good interrupt effect and with dis typhoons moonkins are more playable in PvP, sry about bad english

Imo its especially the changes to the 4 set bonus that make moonkin more viable on 3.3.5b. When u spread ur dots on multiple enemys u have quite frequently these procs for 1,5 sec starfire casts and starfire can deal some huge dmg.
