can guarenteed my conflag hit a lot harder on retail than it currently does in full destruction specc, you essentially butchered 2 speccs at once including a weak one making affli the only viable specc at all. (demonology is a cesspool of fck in itself with felguard hitting nowhere near the intended amount, aka 4x less than my imp but doesn't matter other classes won't whine about that so keep it like is hehe xd)
not sure what you used to calculated this, maybe it was something along the lines of having chain lighting 100yards instead of 8 on thorim as well? regardless you probably need to take a second look at this or atleast buff the dot it leaves for pve if you're scared of people getting oneshot

This is where Conflagrate got overpowered in 3.0.0.

This is where Blizzard removed Molten Core effect totally from Conflagrate and since then it depended only on Improved immolate. Additiona timer stoppd being counted.

Update was applied on 12 September 2009. So your video linked is totally clueless in regarding to your intentions. This is where they limited Conflagrate to only 9 seconds tick of immolate.
Patch 3.3.2 : Conflagrate: The damage-over-time effect of Conflagrate has been increased to 40% of the spell’s total damage, up from 20%.

Do you really want Warmane to keep other classes on 3.3.5 talents and warlocks alone on 3.0.0 ?
Conflagrate damage is surely a bit low. but there is something else wrong in scripts.
But people asking to add molten core to conflagrate is totally dumb. [most of them; themselves have no idea that if molten core was affecting it or not ever on 3.3.5, but all they want is an overpowered buff to conflagrate in any means]
And about hitting hard, Hybrid warlocks were never a top dps on patch 3.3.5. They never came across affliction warlocks on same gears after TOC geared.
None said it without reasons that, Hybrid and Destro specs are good when low geared.
But coming clueless and claiming your conflagrate to be overpowered as per old patches is totally a selfish move, which is obviously expected from warlocks defending their sweet candy to be fixed.

My first ever toon on wow was a Warlock on retail, I don't recall any of hybrid warlocks out dpsing me on ICC and not even hitting those big conflagrates.
I played on Molten after that, and yea there were a lot of bugs when it was molten but still there was no hybrid warlock who could out dps a proper playing affliction.
Back in warmane, it was same story. No hybrid warlock ever out dpsed affliction on any pve content. Some people only used hybrid spec for arena and bgs because it was not so good on pve after toc gears at all.
My OS was hybrid for the same pvp reasons.

I linked blizzard patch notes for you as well to check out that how conflagrate was slowly nerfed and a bit boosted only on DOT effect later. Yet after nerfs theses hybrid/destro specs were good; but not good enough to be on par with affliction one and a raid will always prefer a Demon warlock over a hybrid one for a second warlock.
Don't think anyone can comfortably defend hybrid, that specc was ******ed past month pulling 2K dps more on single target than the next best class, it's all the other speccs that aren't as powerful I'm worried about.

Thats what exactly should be conflagrate be for you without buffs.
Well basically,the patch and gears are just a mess up on pvp, affliction scales with haste for pve,can't compare ICC gear with Ulduar and judge the spec.
In the end dont expect a great time on pvp until s8 hit.
