You donate 10$ and you can skip Icecrown que, although I don't recomend for you to play on Icecrown since you already mentioned that you wish to avoid PVP, I suggest Lordaeron, it's highly populated but it's much newever than Icecrown (meaning no bis wrathfull shadowmourne wielders out there to get you) so you can level in peace most of the time, if you need further help contact me on Alliance side.

Umm for wotlk you just open it and write your user name/pass log in pick realm and click create character, also if it says error creating character change the hairstyle, see ya
