You're wrong. Before Icecrown wasn't united with Ragnaros and Deathwing, was full populated but many people had old accounts on ragnaros or the other server and they couldn't play anymore because there was few people, so they started playing on Lordaeron because of the big population. But now, when Icecrown is up, a lot of people with old accounts started playing again, so Lordaeron remained with only newer players.
5) Make heirlooms available for people who already have a lvl 80
PROS: People who don't like to play the same char 24/7 will be able to roll alts in an easier way. Also, instead of rushing their own char in low level dungeons with their 80 using a double account trick, they will have to make it on the same account to use heirlooms. Finally, this a blizzlike feature.
CONS: Less hardcore.
This is a great idea and I don't think the CON is even accurate here. Babysitting your alt on a separate account with your 80 is way less hardcore than having looms. This would give 80s a reason to level up more chars and farm more heroics for emblems. Unfortunately the more annoying it is to level up alts, the more likely people are to buy coins instead, and I think this is the main reason looms don't exist here. The "hardcore" excuse obviously has no merit when you consider that people just put their alts on a second account, so coin-greed is the only logical driving factor behind the decision to not have looms.
Another thing that might encourage people to keep their alts on one account is having account-wide mounts, though I believe that was not implemented on retail until Cata.

This is 1/2 correct.
Deathwing and Ragnaros were both down in population but far from dead. I raided NA times and there were still plenty of people around to do 25 mans with . BGs still popped. Dungeons still popped.
The reason some of the people I know went to Lordaeron was the shiny new core. Once that core was implemented on Icecrown and Rag/DW merged into it, some of those people came back.
PS. I didn't jump to Lordaeron until a couple of months ago. I am enjoying Lordaeron now and I am trying to sell all my BIS toons on Icecrown, with very little luck though.
oh. I totally wish they'd implement Dungeon Finder as well, but hey... it's w/e.
dear staffs,
Server can not go constantly full and new players cant join. I think it boosted new boosted server must be opened or lordearo should be increased to at least 15,000 population. Please do not enter game help .

Not sure what you're talking about. In past 24 hours Lordaeron hasnt reached half its capacity.
And, if you meant Icecrown, it cant be done in this point in time, as to do so they must optimize core even more which a) is already pretty optimized b) might cause extra bugs.

+1 i did this, ragnaros became downright depressing riding around the empty streets of orgimmar, waiting in front of icc to gank folks that would never come, or just running around gadgetzan in circles seeing maybe one person per hour... Icecrown was too juicy not to go back since Lordaeron had no pvp. I very much enjoyed the leveling though, there was people everywhere and always someone to party with or kill.
Well it's whatever i made literally hundreds of coins selling my Lord chars. Bought me a bis char on icecrown off of that so no regrets. Noone buying on icecrown tho my priest sat for sale for like 4 months at min price lmao. they should get rid of the min price entirely imo but that's another topic.
