Hey some cool way to make gold :
1. Reserve ICC Boes (Rep farm, or Raids)
2. DO alot of PvP (Bgs mostly + WG weekly quests), even better if you got more chars, than buy Cardinals for honor, and always sell for stack - 12-15k Gold
3. FARM Wintergraps's fire ementals spot (Eteran fire) lets say 20 Eternal - 3.9k - 4.5k

how it works for me - i spent 2 or 3 days this week questing in Outland for achievements. Please consider that 1 day = 2 or MAX 3 hours of playing :D, that this is the most time i can use for the game, as I also have a job to go to, a wife and children that u can imagine i dedicate most of my time to them.
i gathered a good gold out of quest rewards, a lot of trash to sell to vendors that give quite a lot of gold, and gathered a lot, but a lot of netherweave cloth that i use on 1 of my alts with tailoring.
result = a good 6k+ gold in my e-mail this morning from AH
and a BIG PLUS = so few allies in allies that can ruin your game, so you can easily farm gold and quests with almost no1 to waste time ganking you as in North.

professions such as skinning or mining can bring in money really fast but with the ever pending gold squish (i support it 100%) any gold you make you better have spent before jan 1st because if not your gonna loose half of what you made.

Hint - Convert your gold into BoE's before the squish. Then convert back to gold after the squish. They can't halve your BoE's, and BoE value is based on rarity so that shouldn't change much.
