Actually I am not qualified for doing a gm, even if it would be interesting, I mean I can solve basic problems and help new players, maybe other stuff..but regarding serious reports, that require knowledge of server, scripting, mangos, or idk what else, im totally useless so im the first to say "i cannot do the gm"
    Well idk about you being qaulified or not but scripting knowledge and computer science experience isn't a gm requirement. GMs are essentially customer service- and because it is in game customer service certain powers are granted to them to help players resolve issues. My guess is Warman is probably undermanned in this department, most likely due to affordability.

  2. That's okay, I already said I was assuming a gm was covering both game and forum, so the forum section doesn't matter at all about fast replies in this case.
    Same for events, If they are hosted by other people I'm ok. But 9 Gm is very low, maybe you should really consider a new gm rank as I suggested, kinda like the guys on the forum helping oher guys with issues. You don't have to give them superpowers, teleport, flyhack or something but whatever I don't want to repeat the same things over and over again.

    By the way after like 2 days almost online 24/7, I logged off for a while and when I relogged (today) I found the ticket answered saying "I couldn't find you online, so please re open the ticket".

    Just don't reply to the ticket and wait for the user to be onine? I don't get this but whatever..
