Any apology for server-side errors that are inevitable is silly. It's also not necessary to explain what the issue is. The servers encounter issues on occasion, and using time to explain what those issues are when they aren't going to change anything is time better spent doing more important things.
Anyways, as I said above, the server instability is being worked on.

What do you mean it doesn't happen very often, it's like we play once a month to not see it. This person asked a honest question and was given a honest answer. Why should I lie to him/her? I am perfectly calm, thanks. Now answering in the topic was not so hard, was it? Wonder why from all the colleagues you have the 12h downtime questions were ignored and no information was provided.

We're working on a solution for the issue. It's not a serious catastrophic event - don't worry about that. It'll be fixed soon.
