When I had to recover a lost account, it was pretty simple. Sent from original email address with account name, characters on the account, and the second email I had them under. Had the account back in less than 48hrs. Don't know what else to tell you.
I lost access to 2 premium accounts, so I sent email to info.warmane.com including:
- I sent Donation IDs.
- Screen shots for collecting Christmas gifts on those accounts.
- Warmane backups of those accounts.
- Examples of usage/access patterns like IP logins.
- Design Patterns for premium accounts.
- Google Authenticator ID, and old passwords.
- I even included usernames and old passwords for all premium accounts.
- WTF folder .
Which proves usage along several years, ownership, legitimacy since the beginning.
This Was on 25th of October and I missed the opportunity to donate on those 2 accounts.
Until now I have had no response, so what am I missing?
Just the fact that the hacker logged in to steal over 120k gold then never used those characters is a proof.
What cannot be faked is cumulative evidence , including associations with other accounts, donation ids made thru skrill/google wallet, on multiple accounts , with original conversations between me,skill, google and warmane, whether by email or even support tickets.
You see back then they did not just accept a valid credit/debit card; a copy of your personal documents had to be sent to verify your real identity, legitimacy, ,security reasons, financial reasons....etc.
Once verification was successful, you could use their service to mask your identity and sensitive information online.
Transaction details were not sent to the email registered with warmane account : emails were sent by skrill/google to the email account you registered with them.
Dividing email accounts by functions:Gaming emails, Financial Emails, Business Emails, Personal Emails, allowed for further division of information, where only the owner can provide all details, and more importantly: prove them.
No, you have made 2-4 posts about this. I'm really starting to think you're just fishing for sympathy or those accounts weren't really yours to begin with. I'm moving off this thread cause it's clear you don't understand how this all works. Have a good one.
call me an Otaku if you want, but I am not a liar: those accounts were/are mine to begin with.
so you see my frustration, and I am sorry if I sounded offensive it is not my intention, infact I find computers much more understandable than humans.
