Guys, it's been one day, and you have not been able to access the mailbox trying it all this passed day. Pretty crazy, but don't despair, I can log ingame and spawn a MOLLE for you. Or you actually got to access mailbox and this is not a real problem?

Let me know where you place it so i can stand on it with my mammoth.

Posted days worth of hourly screenshots, GMs replied they would look into it. I no longer have my bank in SW, but I've heard the same guy is still there.
In my case, I default mouse wheel to action bars.
Doesn't seem like those people are ever going to move, so relocate your banks and keep playing.

There's more than one city, just cause there's a douchebag in Stormwind or Orgrimmar doesn't mean they're also in other cities. Get a portal from a mage and do your business elsewhere, it's not a problem. :D

There are transparent collision boxes like the ones used in the arena realm that should be spawnable around mailboxes to make it impossible for players to block them. Perhaps there's a technical reason that they cannot used, though.

These collision boxes still lets textures go through. So the mammoths would still block mailboxes, party or fully depending on collision boxes' size. The mailbox could be fully blocked by two mammoths potentially, as they can be parked on opposite sides, so you can't even zoom in of both of their textures to make them invisible.

Example here. You could go inside mammoth 1 to zoom in and see through it. The problem is then there's mammoth 2 still blocking the box. Without collision box, you can just run to mailbox, press HOME (default keybind) to zoom in, and END to zoom out again.

Yes, you are right. The collisions only apply to the centre of the player character so by having a huge mammoth you can bypass them.

Another option is to have a bunny around all mailboxes that constantly applies an aura that dismounts everybody in an x ft radius. But that would just be annoying :D

As of today "someone" has spawned a "Collision PC Size X2" around some (all?) mailboxes, most notably the one in SW next to the AH, blocking people from sitting on them. Let's see how it goes. It's a welcome change from my point of view.

And people thought Warmane doesn't care. With endless tickets to comb through each day, it only makes sense for them to fix it.

There is a simple solution for all of you regarding this issue.

Go to your keybindings and find : Interact with target. Make a keybind for this, lets say F1
Then any NPC you wanna talk to, just do /target NPCNAME, upon targeting the npc with this function, you can click F1 to talk to him.

As for the mail box, there are too many mail boxes you can use other than the one by the AH.

Sure, you could do that, but I'd rather Warmane just ban them instead of having thousands of players do what you described. Blocking a mailbox CAN happen by accident, but there's people who log in to exclusively block the mailbox. One such person has done it since I started playing here (in 2019). He has an 80 char with Mammoth, no achievements or gear, and he just sits there, blocking the mailbox. That should qualify for a permanent ban imo.
