I go into the game, they write your ip is blocked for spam, although I don’t communicate at all in the game at least, how can I understand this?

I was given a ban for spam, but there is a catch. I didn't really write to anyone and in the global chat, too, I talked to a friend and then on discord. When we finished playing, and it was 08/11/2022, an IP lock arrives for me today. I hope that this will be corrected, because I didn't really break anything.

dude, we understand everything, but it doesn't always work, now my account shows that my ban has been lifted, but I still can't enter the game, it says "error logging into the game, please try again later"
