I'm a persian member of the warmane community and i have had the same problem like the rest of the persian members. I've come to notice that you stated multiple times that the connection problem does not root from warmane servers and it's from the persian connection providers, however, you decline to give further information as of what could be done to fix the problems. should we contact the service providers and ask them to change the IP address? or something els must be done?
I'd appreciate if you cooperate with us to solve this issue as i am sure you know, the persian members are some of your most elite and a good portion of your players.

The problem isn't on our end; you and your ISP/government/whoever is responsible for the issue are who have to figure out what they have to do to fix their problem. Our responsibility is on the servers and making them available, which they are, not on providing fixes to whatever issue your Internet might have to reach our host.

When im pinging 51.91.106.148 (ICC realm remote address) It's ok , there is no timeout , no problem
But cant log into game
Other realms are simply Ok , but ICC problem still exist , We hope problem get solved before or even after frostmourne realm reset
