Hello, last night we got offline when the restart programmed arrived.

I was having in that moment 5127 golds on my character for all the sells i've done in actuioners.

Today when i logged in to see the balance and my items on actuion my gold was 2850 or something like that.

How this can be possible? I mean, the only thing that happens bettween log off and log in was the server refreshing.

Can u help me? There is any possibility of getting the gold back?

Yesterday before the server went down, I had a little over 1300 gold, after it came back up my gold had dropped to around 670, could you please check what happened or if any error occurred?

On Friday, the 28th, I bought 10 coins through the donation store. After that, I exchanged my gold for 20 more coins to buy a new character, but I was blocked for 72 hours because my coins were locked. Today, Tuesday the 4th, more than 72 hours have passed, but I am still unable to purchase a new character.
Could someone explain how to fix this issue?
P.S. Two-factor authentication was enabled a long time ago (I found this information in another topic about how to resolve the issue).

Doublecheck the date your gold was bought. If it's hundred percent more than 72 hrs(like sold on 28. Feb), open a ticket here on site.

The gold squish means that every piece of gold that exists in circulation, be it in the character's inventory, mailbox, guild bank, website trading system or otherwise, will be simply halved. Exactly as it was done last year too.
