Hello, I have encountered a problem logging in to the server. After entering the login information, a window appears with "loading the list of characters" it hangs for a couple of minutes and throws out "the connection to the server is terminated". However, I tried to log in while there was a queue on Icecrown, and after I stood it, I was allowed into the game. The problem appeared yesterday. How can it be solved? Thanks

Half of our guild can't log into the game, constantly getting a list of characters and then disconnecting, Administration, can you fix this??

Many people with this problem are using DPI bypass programs due to ISP restrictions in their country. Could that be the culprit? Perhaps there are some DPI or anti-proxy rules, or a conflict with TCP consistency on the server side that's causing the issue? (just guessing)

this problem has been going on for 2 days. changed 4 providers and 2 vpns, nothing helps. even to go to this site and write this message, I had to use vpn.
