What you're doing is fine according to the rules, it's just against my morals to kill people just trying to level on a twink or 80, so I'll kill anyone I see do that.

You’re being camped because of the consequences of your own actions toward low levels. But, the moment you got a taste of your own medicine you started complaining.
Let’s be clear, GMs will never ban someone for doing PvP, especially when you have plenty of methods to escape or avoid the situation and you’re simply not using them.
You’re free to continue posting in this topic, but keep in mind that you’re wasting your time, you’re not going to get the outcome you’re hoping for.
I just hope you won’t come back in the future complaining about high level players killing your new low level character, especially that you’re one of the people who does that.
