To be fair they've never done a Cata or MoP progression server. Their TBC server died as well yet it worked as progression.

Based on the history with a Cata and MoP realm launching here I think if they only ran for a year they could do quite well. MoP specifically might be a challenge because a couple of the content releases don't have much relevant content so that might be your one issue on that expansion, you would need to cut those phases really short.
