1. LOL? Dota is literally the same thing as Arena/BG. Same map, same objective but with different people each game. No idea where you get it from that the same game concept, within a different genre, is an entirely different thing.
Kinda but not really, because in lol you don't have gear or any sense of progression.. you get in, get to 18, win/lose, rinse and repeat.
In wow you can get into a battleground, win/lose, invest rewards into better armor/weapon, and last but not least, have the option of doing anything else (do a dungeon, farm mats, gank lowbies, etc.)

All I wanted was to rush mid

    The panic swipes are real

The time it took that guy to turn a few degrees oh my god.

He was shooting at the guy on my left :P

  4. Not really. Battlegrounds and arenas are never the same.
WSG was never not-WSG and 2v2 was never not-2v2. In fact anything a MOBA gives is infinitely more complex that the PVP in WOW. Granted, in WOW you have the option of doing PVE too or AFKing in the main city hub.

  5. I can relate to that, it's a lot of fun for me to teach people the game. But once the person reaches a certain level of "i know he should be doing better by now" I can get quite mad. The only line that REALLY triggers me is if someone asks you to teach them the game, you accept, but half way into the game they **** up constantly and when you explain what they do wrong they reply with "I dont really care, i just wanna have fun lol". Like the other 4 people on your team DONT want to have fun? If you don't wanna try at all, why ask someone to waste his time to teach you the game? Why waste the time of everyone in the game? Go play a ****ing singleplayer game, ****ing ****. That **** triggers me bad.
    Reading this made me upset.

  6. Anyone hyped for American Truck Simulator? It seems really nice! :D (But it'll problably be the same as ETS2: Play for a while, do the same thing over and over again, and quit xD)

Watched a gameplay, I saw a youtube comment that on America, turning right when the signal is red is allowed? Is this true, or were they joking?

That's why casual games aren't the best example. Dota offers a progression system and free MTX rewards after games, they also added custom map support recently which is known from wc3. Kinda depends on the moba you are playing tbh.

It is true. As long as you make sure there's no other cars of course. Too bad it isn't allowed everywhere.

  9. In a sense, you can always turn right (if you drive on the right side) since there is nothing there.
All the other participants are either on the left, or infront/behind you.
(If its not a multi lane road)
So it simpler and safer to just forbid then to explain that one situation when you can turn right.

  10. So I found out my favourite EDM producer Varien did a remix of sorts for World of Warcraft, since he's a fellow player..

  11. I hate how MOBA's and Starcraft 2 have like 15-20 minutes of just farming and try to get ready for the end of the game, and in that time if you or the enemy team makes a tiny, minuscule mistake one team will snowball out of control and just destroy everything. It's not very fun spending 15-20 minutes a game doing the same basic tasks. CSGO is always different and you always have a chance to reset the playing field, just save your money for 2 or 3 rounds and you can full buy again, and are on an even playing field. Then it's all just skill vs skill.

  12. tfw you go 8-2 in placements vs gold/plat mmr last season and get place in silver four.

Thats the opposite of what happened to me, was doing my placement with gold 1-2 MMR and I lost 7-3 got placed in Silver 4. I swear Riot went "**** Nad" and gave me all the toxic twats. Even though me and my duo held lane great, top or mid would feed and they would end up with a fed Riven....

It's been 3 months since I touched league... Im still in my promo series (which is night they didnt go like **** you've been AFK again, promo over).

I carried almost all of my games as GP top or Corki mid though.

Yea... It makes sense... It's just weird when I first heard it :D
