Black Temple is not open, however you can earn the achievement for clearing Black Temple raid simply by buying an item which drops off of the end boss. For example if you buy the cursed vision of sargeras you will get the achievement.

I think people are more interested in farming the skins for transmog rather than getting silly achievement.

Can warmane open black temple on cata?? Or thats just a dream?

The devs have said before that they will port scripted TBC/WoTLK content onto other realms, provided that said content is compatible with the destination realm. I'm quite sure that that includes WoTLK instances, quests and raids but I don't know about TBC stuff. I certainly hope they do since soloing low-level dungeons and raids is something I love doing :)
