Playing HC, yes. I like it so far. Don't understand why zones don't scale with player level if they are prophecized though, really bad move.

Depends on the cause, but when I had sleeping issues due to stress, I would think about calming events within in my life. For example remembering my first travel to he US is a very positive and calming event for me and very easily let's me drift to sleep when I feel stressed out. It's all about distracting yourself off of negativity, most of the time atleast.

Internet was complete **** for a while and tried ugprading to see if it would fix it, called isp like 10 times they had a technician come out and he said everything was fine. I think I caused the problem a year ago when setting it up and two cables were twisted together, causing interference :(
