I assume your asking about retail? they took some wod functions away from ferals, aka claws of shiv so you cant really op heal a focus target and urself at the same time, the basic concept of the class itself is almost the same as all expansions keep bleeds / buffs up and spam shred.
They give you the option for more burst or consistant dmg by turning savage roar into a talent
