Errrhm; I was about to make fun of you but there's a quote that does it for me;
Never incredibly complex doesn't mean faceroll. It means you don't have a huge thought process when choosing what to cast. Same with most melee classes, frost dk, awarr/furywarr, feral druid. I call these classes "Press whatever lights up / isn't on CD". Uh DK and WW Monks (WW more than Uh) have a bit more of a thought process when choosing what to cast, favoring other spells above "what lights up". But the easiest dps will always be Mage and Hunter, as seen here
But you missed the most important point ... Blue or Purple ??
Feeding the theory that being a Top DPS'er is hard is hilarious. Knowing what to pop, when to pop and giving priorities are a thing that a 6 year old can do once he's told what to do. I can place my nephew playing this game, tell him the rotation of a DPS class and he will smash the keys as well as you.
The difference is that I can count by the fingers in my hands the ammount of players that I know that are actually able to sustain their damage and still offer all the utility provided by their class to the raid group. That's what's hard; Not being a random DPS'er.
And stepping out of ****.
Yes, your nephew will follow a rotation properly (except if playing ww/uh, which do not have a rotation) but he probably lacks the awareness to step out of hazards, pop defensives when he's being targeted and switch to adds when necesarry, as well as other mechanics raid-specific.
Decided to go with "different"(recolored blood/frost for now, except UH which is a 0 effort mog I need to redo) mogs for each spec...

Not that hard to do when you play on a private server and your guild consists of two good players and a bunch of ****ty PvPers and trolls.
>thinks she uses your name
ULU
Since you guys are so big on PvP, I'd love to see any of you go past 2.2k on a ret and say it's not complex. Ret is probably one of the hardest PvP classes to play, you guys are just gonna **** on it because all you see is Lynea popping wings and 1shotting you with Divine Storm.

Blood clearly takes the cake there.
Ever since the earthquake 2 days ago I have felt like I'm perpetually in an earthquake and have balance issues, I get random panic attacks and my head gets dizzy.
Wtf happened
It is technically my main spec :P
Dropped 150k on the tabard last year just for the set.
Jesus Christ... I've been struggling to get 70k for the token, got to 37 so far...
I can't imagine spending all that on gear
I hit 1m gold first week of this xpac, down to like 220k now though.
And here I was thinking that Legion was only live on Retail. God damn it, you got me. I like your judgement about my guild; Wanna try your luck out against the Veterans?
And the whole point flew over your head; Better go back to english classes and stop spreading salt.
JC + the new prospecting trick.
>Calls Ret "never incredibly complex"
>Goes forth to claim other specs ARE
From your very first line, it's pretty obvious you haven't a clue what you're talking about.
???
Ret has a LOT more options than any caster that I've seen, healers excluded. Same with most melee? Most melee don't have the options Ret has EITHER.
From the start, I wanted to say "spotted the terrible player". But I guess I shouldn't be surprised when I know full well just how FEW good Ret players there are. It's very clear you know very little about the spec. So I'd suggest that you hush about it.
B-but... triggered! I mean, HoJ->Wings->Dead is all the spec does, amirite?
It's a shame most of your artifact appearances suck.
I'm waiting for the invisible belt transmog option in 7.1.
Prot and Ret are basically the same at the moment, until I get the appearances I want.
