I've bee monitoring my stats since I read about an increased expertise cap and I haven't had a single dodge in a boss fight with 22 expertise on my paladin - 23 icc bosses, 2 voa. Recount shows some dodges and even parries for trash, though.

Whats is the best gemming choise with t7 set ? AP or ArP ? I rode that arp gemming is better when I will reach the arp soft cap without gems ?
It's AP - you just don't have access to enough ArP yet to make it worth stacking. As soon as you get Grim Toll or Mjollnir Runestone and some decent ArP gear, you should switch to ArP.
On a side note, Assassination heavily outDPSes Combat at this content and especially on Lordaeron because of the 3.3.x patch being applied to 3.0 content (Deadly Poison, Master Poisoner).

Trinkets. STS, then DBW. It will also remove the hassle with trying to roll for both of these, as they're BiS for pretty much every physical DPS.
I'm curious if Rogues perform mostly as well on Lordaeron as they did on retail. I remember them being amongst the top 3 DPS throughout Wrath. Is this the case here, or is there a large difference?
Would we be able to get a full rotation for maxiumn dps? I'm not sure what other abilities to use aside from sinister strike and rupture for the early build. I haven't played wow for years and I can't remember much. Sorry if this appears to be a noobish question.
I'm used to play this rotation:
2x ss > snd > ks > ss till 4/5 cp > rup > ss till snd fades (max. 4/5 cp) > snd > spamm evi till either rup or snd fades > refresh snd/rup with 4/5cp
Well, what maxiikiing said is pretty much it. I mean, Combat doesn't really have a rotation like DKs - you just have to keep SnD and Rupture up all the time and fill with Evi. That's all. How well you manage this, together with your cooldowns, is what makes you better.
Oh so no need for any stealth attacks?
