I used to raid cities alot, Untill unhonorable kills demoted me (weeks of progress destroyed by using a single AoE); I had few friends on ally side who would use MC on me and then buff me (i did it also :) )
I went to a dinner with some of my colleagues at my new job. Most of them are fairly nice and fun people but there was this one guy that literally made my head, and not only mine, explode. He tried so hard to be the one full of stupid jokes. Anyway we all decided to go with our spouses or partners if we had one and of course I went with my girl.
As expected, none of them really minded since we are all about the same age and most of them are open minded people, not homophobic or hateful. But this guy, he just couldn't abstain myself. He literally asked us at the table if we are really lesbian. I said yes, we are homosexual because I hate the word lesbian and the modern society's connotations. But that was not the bad part, I am fairly used to such remarks and questions. He actually had the nerve to make us kiss each other. He just couldn't stop about it. Good thing he was advised to leave by the other guys otherwise I would have poured my drink on him or something.
Sorry for my rant but I am so angry and sad right now.
Words have different connotations to some people. It might not have a negative impact to you but that doesn't mean it won't bother someone else.
True power is in words, or in silence. Words have various impact on us humans. It is like praying. These words means a lot to religious person, while atheist would make fun of them. It is almost same with pain. Most of people scream while pierced with sharp object, but some of them don't, because they have higher pain tolerance
That guy was a jerk, Spine. You are free to tell him to stop, and even compare his pestering to asking any other pair in the table to kiss.
There is. It's used by feminists to make them feel more powerful in this "oh so horrible patriarchy filled world".
The word is sexist, and should cease to exist.
I agree with this.

I hate the fact that people choose to categorise others, You can't group people up. It's **** but this is the world we live in. You shouldn't be upset, your sexuality doesn't define you and there's nothing wrong with it anyway, we're all human. He's an *** and I hope you stood up for yourself, which you probably did, and gave him a lot to think about.
I'm pretty surprised you didn't just knock him out.
That was a joke and highly exaggerated. Most people would have got the reference.
I hate arrogance. I secretly want to kill arrogant people. Killing them wouldn't change the fact that they were arrogant and their arrogance corrupted the very core of our nature. But when you simply hate some serious roach who happens to be nothing more than a negative nancy, you simply lose your ability to love someone. Because every single arrogance example before you gives you to ability to judge someone's every little behaviour. Details becomes your life.
Being serious isn't the issue here; when your seriousness meets with your so called knownledge and ability to judge; you become arrogant. See? Arrogance is inevitable in such habit. Yet, it may be defeatable. Still. Or just a possibility.
My confession is.. I fear, I truly fear that I'm becoming some arrogant b... while I'm fighting such behaviour around me. It's terrifying me. This "phobia" becoming so dominant that I'm trying to hide myself from myself by simple imitations.
They help. They really help.
Also, I hate my curtains. They hate me too.
I secretly despise people that share their over-analyzations of themselves with anyone other than themselves.
And by secretly I mean completely openly.
