I've seen a guy with that achievement on frostwolf. Not sure how he did it. (Talking about only the penitent)

Yeah I don't know how or what makes the 2 Orbs spawn. I've seen the orbs spawned AFTER we killed Majordomo.. never before.. =/ has anyone figured this out? [Only the Penitent...] Achievement

Same for us. Orbs only spawn upon killing the boss, but once I'm able to get back online I will talk to this guy and see how they did it, unless somebody figures it out first.

When u port to majordomo do NOT move,just type sit.
U kinda need to walk to half of room to see orbs doesnt matter if u have ultra graphics...
Anyhow even if someone fails u can yell on him,then go out and switch diff,orbs will spawn again.

We always do that and we can get where they should be and they don't spawn.
