One of my biggest pet peeves is when people have no respect for your time. Like it's fine if you're running 5 or 10 minutes late....Whatever...happens.

But when you actually have plans for something serious and someone doesn't show up at all or even tell you they're not coming. If you can't make it, call. Text, call, let the person know that you won't be able to make it or you're going to be pretty late. 9 times out of 10 I'm always on time for something. Even if it's not serious.

If I'm late it's most likely because I got stuck in some type of traffic or I had a sudden emergency. And if I know I'm going to be late, I call and let the person know. Even if I'm like 5 minutes late.

My mom invited her brother over for dinner at 6:00 one day. She made this awesome pot roast, took hours and hours.

He didn't show up.

We kept the food heated until 12:00 and then just ate.

I was unbelievably pissed. He didn't even call, just showed up at our house a week later as if nothing happened.
