It's 50/50, in BGs also. You're either being unlucky, or you're helping your faction to lose the BG. Get some rep gear before joining BGs, and make sure you know what you're doing in there.
The best horde PvPers are in PvE guilds, such as Myrmidons and AaO, and as for the alliance, there isn't a common guild for the great players.
As for world PvP, if you play alone, you will face groups of enemies indeed. Both factions does that.

I can make rated BG group of 10 people of the best alliance PvPers in each class. Any team you make or someone on horde will die. :D Renetaki-Amazing DK,Geekheid-Best Resto Shaman,Moonkniight-Best feral,Me,Celiik-Best Hpala,Linkens(alliance Resto Druid char),Dirtymaskz-best rogue,Dacez-best Dpriest,Kuzco-My rival,Feardeadly-AMAZING DK,Andorniiicus and more...Many of us can kill anything and I plan on doing that on next patch... I plan on making guild with Andronicus that will be based PvP alliance guild on next patch. Beware "mighty"(but poor) Horde <3 With love,Svetox :D :p
P.S. What I wanted to say is that Alliance needs new leader. Since Caylara decided to stop with everything after the sucky drama, alliance isn't doing Orgrimmar raids anymore... So I decided to lead Alliance with few people with me... United we can achieve a lot... But ofc, on next patch. So Hellthrone... You have 2 months of joy... :D

Actually he has the right to claim hordes are better/more skilled at pvp since there are a lot more horde teams on the 2v2/3v3 ladder here in sargeras.
It's a matter of statistic really.

Hellthrone's argument is that they constantly win battlegrounds.
Yeah, no **** sherlock. Whenever I used to set up 10mans with people in full T2, our games would be over in five minutes.
BGs literally mean nothing.
The only decent PvPers on horde came from AnO (Hippo, Kuzco, his rDruid, Nargaroth). The only decent player from WOHL is probably Bell. Everyone else gets carried.
I would love to see you set up RBGs against some DECENT Alliance PvPers. Quit talking **** and feeling proud of rolling over kids with less than 100k hp.

I know that when Kuzco was r1, all three were in AnO, because Wongzz, Globaled and I were the ones that knocked them down to r2.

kuzco rank 1? i beat him on arena with my alt mage 2k resiliance when he was playing with blackLOL rank 1 my ***.....and his druid blacklol is total noob.he dont even change forms so we free CC him all the time.we all saw how good they are on molten tournament when they lose 2 games in less then 2 mins.

Skooby, you're ******ed. The only reason you're denying that Kuzco was r1 before reset is because you've never even been high enough to queue into him.
Blacklol isn't the best rDruid (Wongzz is, on Sarg at least), but he's still better and higher rated than you've ever been.

Yeap, Toberz and Saphyxia are also or were former rank1 from Myrmidons as well. All the most of the rank1/retail glads are dispersed here on horde guilds.

Myrmidons is fine, they deserve a decent amount of respect.
At least they don't behave like pre-pubescent 15-year-olds every time they win premade BGs.

Also, Tobers was rank one in 2s with Hippo, and 2s doesn't really count (especially not when you're running Spriest/Frost)
