You plan something set a day and TIME. A specific location too (use co-ordinates). Set up your bloody Raidcall channel for it.
Take a step back, look at it from another view and go back in again, Xholor (GM of Pinnacle) did a nice little event, set it up all right, sorted out everything perfectly, why don't you go have a talk with him about something since hes alliance?
