You're actually wrong though. It was only available at 70 in TBC, not 67.
It was changed to 60 in patch 3.2.

then do dailies in a group, not hard
you do realise that the black portal is a sanctuary and there's a quest which flies you over to honor hold or thrallmar... Yet they should enable mounts at lvl 67. Walking to the eye dungeons is impossible.
Well those dungeons are made for 70 i think otherwise they would not be up there right? You can do other dungeons instead :)
during tbc at retail, blue mounts where available at the level 67 or 68.
http://www.wowhead.com/item=25475/bl...rider#comments Look at the comments that said 2.0.6 patch.. Says level 70 for blue one.. But i recall 68 being it..

during tbc at retail, blue mounts where available at level 67 or 68, with the purpose of doing all the content including those dungeons.
If you claim to be hardcore just for the content, it should be like that.
wrong its always been 70 in tbc, 68 only for druid ghetto crow
i perfectly remember this coz the flyer cost 1kg while druid gets it earlier and alot cheaper, ALOT
i'm talking about the 150% speed
dude, regular flyer used to be 60% speed - 150% are not until Patch 3.2.0

so many people didn't play bc and think they know what they're talking about it's disgusting. only druids could learn flying at 68, the eye dungeons were made for level 70's . The mobs in The Mechanaar, which is the first dungeon you'll run most likely are level 67-69 with the bosses being 71. Same goes for The Botannica. The Arcatraz is the last one you should do. Flight speed was 60% and 60 % ground mount speed costing 800 gold +100 gold for mount = 900g. While the epic was 280% and 100% ground mount speed costing 5000g + 200g for mount = 5200g. This only changed to 150% flying speed in patch 3.2

Everything is custom... This is an emulator, not the game engine blizz uses :D
It's just an acceptable imitation of the real thing
I have played druid during tbc so that's the reason why I tought it was also available for other classes at lvl 68 (personally I tought it was 67 but I never claimed that what I tought was the truth). The level requirements for the eye dungeons are not 70, you can complete some at lower level. And yes it was 60% but since I'm used to the 150% I didn't think about it.
This means that druids their flight form will be enabled at lvl 68?
