I'd like to know more regarding the recruitment.
What Classes of Shamans are you currently recruiting? Might a Restoration Shaman find a spot in your progression/Hc farming runs?

Moreover, It might be a silly question to ask since this is a highly advanced raiding guild but still I'd like to know if there is a minimum gear requirement for joining or even applying.

For minimum requirement for a gearscore it's like to be with decent stats. You can be 5.9 for example but 1400 haste.
