what you could do is gather the PVP guilds on nelth, discipline is going to be a problem IMO during this, you're going to have a load of people not give a **** about your rules and **** everything up, escpecially if they have no real interest in winning and they just want a good laugh and for some people ruining a big event/project like this is fun.
I have experience running events like this, but not on this scale i guess, and what would be alot easier would be to gather the guilds, especially with all the drama going xD and let them fight it out. And maybe have something like a pot (winners reward, could be coins and/or ingame gold) not to mention winning is a playing card for the ''lolmyguildhardcore****you'' types.
maybe you could have more than one warlord cos you might have about 60-80 people around ea team and it's impossible to have a good fight with one.
Oh and to be part of the who's better than who, Shing best sub rogue EU xD

Well I dont think the event will take place in ZG, I am thinking about zones with no flying mounts. And do you really think a lot of *****s would come to the event and try to ruin it ? I have no idea about how many people would join this event, I know on Horde side that Jinxed and Fatality would join, but thats all atm.
And about " more warlords " If there are more than 1 warlord per team, this will be hard to tell who win the event. Why not doing like 3 rounds ? This is my first pvp event, I will learn from my mistakes, if the warlords die too fast, I will think about how to fix it for the next time, dont worry.
And maybe a price, I'm not sure about it. I just want to organize pvp events, just for the pvp and the reward is the victory, this is how I see this event. When I PvP I fight for glory not for gold ( well I had to farm gear, but now its over ).

To actually add to what the other guy said about rewards, if this is a big event, i dont think it would be viable to reward all players on a team with something worth their interest.

Well I still have no messages from alliance guilds or horde guilds except Jinxed and Fatality.
and I dont have messages from "solo people" too.
Seems like on this server people only focus on BGs...
